I am raising money to support the ongoing work of Hands Across the Water because every child deserves to live a life of choice.
Hello friends and fam!I am excited to announce that I have committed to cycling 800km (over 8 days) this January 2021, to fundraise for a charity that gives Thai children a life of choice. My goal by January 2021 is to raise $5000 for Hands Across the Water, so that they can continue to provide a life of choice, and build homes, for Thai people and children who are not as lucky as us in NZ. In January 2021, I have committed to raising another $10,000 and cycling 800kms in support of this amazing charity. This will be my SIXTH ride! And this time I have inspired a few other riders to join me, including my daughter!WHY??? So many people ask me this. After a 3 year hiatus I will be back in the saddle in 2022 for ride number 7. Why? I have been lucky enough to visit each of the Hands Across the Water homes in Thailand and see first hand where the fundrising dollars go. It provides more than education, food and shelter, it provides opportunity and a future that these kids would not otherwise have. It changes a generation. 100% of your donations go directly to these homes, with zero administration fees. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
Since 2008, I've been committed to raising money and getting involved in the lives of the children of Thailand who are supported by Hands.
Every child deserves an opportunity in life - Hands Across the Water have a unique model to support children from displaced and disadvantaged, to a life of choice and opportunity.
