Hands Across the Water Annual Raffle Winner Drawn

Today, Friday 27th march 2020 at 11:59am, Hands Across the Water drew the winner of our annual major raffle. The prize, a week-long luxury trip to Thailand, is valued at $27,000RRP and includes:

• Royal Silk Business Class flights on Thai Airways International
• 3 nights at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit in the Royal suite
• 4 nights at the Anantara Golden Triangle near Chiang Rai
• Internal flights and transfers
• Breakfast daily
• Walk with the elephants
• Thai cooking lesson
• 2x 90min spa treatment for two
• 2x Dinner for two

RESULTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Winner does not need to be present to collect the prize. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 30 days of the prize draw, and results will be announced on www.raffletix.com.au and Hands Across the Water website (www.handsgroup.org.au) and Hands Across the Water Facebook and Instagram pages on 28/03/2020.

The raffle is in aid of Hands Across the Water ABN 74 173 375 414.

If requested by the Promoter, entrants must produce proof of purchase, proof of age and residency prior to being awarded the prize. 

The Prize will be delivered to the winners within one month after the winner has been decided. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any kind of loss or liability suffered or incurred by any of the prize-winners in relation to The Prize. The winner releases Hands Across the Water Incorporated and its employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, The Prize. Without limiting the foregoing, the released parties will not be liable for any injury, sickness or death, property loss or damage or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, howsoever sustained or incurred, in connection with or arising out of The Prize in anyway whatsoever.

No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. Travel must be booked on or before 30 April 2021. The prize is non refundable.

All travel is subject to availability and some block out dates may apply. Flights changes unavailable once ticketed. Accomodation changes not permitted.

Visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated traveling companion as incurred.
